Kledo Construction was the only bidder.

Sierra Yoyo Desan Road
The Sierra Yoyo Desan Road (SYD Road), located north and east of Fort Nelson, starts 15 kilometres from the Alaska Highway and extends 173 kilometres to its end at the South Helmet airstrip.
On June 17th, 2004, the SYD Road public-private partnership (P3) agreement between the then Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources (MEMPR) and Ledcor Projects Inc. was signed. Since then, major improvements have been implemented.
