Obituary – Remy Joseph Trudel, 36

October 12th, 1974 – October 24th, 2010

If Love could have saved you, you would have lived forever. Remy (Ray) Joseph Trudel was taken from us suddenly and far too soon. With his family by his side he lost the strength to fight and left us for his mother Marlene’s loving arms. Ray was born in Ladysmith, BC. The family moved to Fort Nelson when he was a year old. He lived most of his live there and worked for many years in aviation. He married Cindy Bumstead in 1999 and he, Cindy and Levi moved to Wembley, Alberta. The following year they had Jordan Ray. Recently Ray and his brother Jason started their own business and Ray was very enthusiastic, his future was looking bright and promising. Ray will be missed for his amazing humour. He was definitely a people person, always taking time to listen. His appreciation for the little things in life was amazing. And when Ray laughed, we all did. Ray leaves behind his parents Marcel and Mary, his wife Cindy and sons Levi and Jordan, his brothers Jason (Nancy), Joe, Chase and sister Judy, his grandmothers, Martha Trudel and Pat Hawryluk as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends, too numerous to mention. Though you can not see me or feel me, I’ll be near And if you listen with your heart, you will hear All of my love around you, so soft and clear And when you must come this way alone I will greet you with a smile and welcome you home.
