Obituary – Cory Arthur James Gaylie, 50

June 17th, 1959 – February 17th, 2010

Cory Arthur James Gaylie – 1959-2010 Born in: Kamloops June 17, 1959 Passed away in Edmonton, Alberta on February 17/2010 with close family by his side. Cory is survived by his daughter Jami Bell (Grant Pilkington), Granddaughter Hailey, Grandson Haydyn. Also survived by his Mother Carol Cunningham (Step father, Wayne Cunningham). His older brother Marty Gaylie, younger sister Nataile (Rod) Peters, Grandfather ( J.W) Bill Haines, all of Kamloops. Aunt Nadean (Ted). Hansen of Whistler, BC. Also numerous nieces and nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Hazel Haines and great-grandmother, Vivian Wilcox. Cory was raised and educated in Dawson Creek, where he spent most of his years till he moved to Fort Nelson BC, in about 1978. Where he started working at Kledo. Then started at Tackama in 1988, he worked there until they closed in 2008. He then started working at Radford trucking, where he was employed at the time of his passing. Cory as well loved to travel the Alaska highway, he would travel to see his family in Kamloops and travel to see his grandchildren in Edmonton, which he adored so very much. In his spare time he loved baseball, golf, fishing, hunting and camping, which he truly enjoyed. The family would like to thank the nursing and medical staff of Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver Cancer Clinic, and Misericordia Community Hospital in Edmonton.
